Jeremy Roche – President & CEO
Jeremy Roche is President and CEO of FinancialForce.com. Jeremy was the driving force behind the creation of FinancialForce.com in 2009 with investment from Unit 4 Agresso and salesforce.com.
Prior to launching FinancialForce.com, Jeremy was instrumental in the success and global expansion of CODA, a UK Headquartered public company specializing in enterprise accounting applications. In 2008 Jeremy led CODA through its acquisition by Unit 4 Agresso NV and its successful integration with its new parent, creating one of Europe's top 10 software vendors.
Jeremy began his career at IBM, after which he joined ISV Lychgate where he held a number of senior systems engineering and sales roles. He joined Science Systems (now SciSys) as Commercial Director in 1990 and was a core member of the team that led the acquisition of CODA in March 2000. He was then appointed CTO of the newly formed CODA Group and became CEO in 2002. Following 5 years of growth, he led the demerger of CODA from parent CODASciSys in 2006 and the relisting of CODA plc on the London AIM market.
Jeremy is also a member of the Managing Board of Unit 4 Agresso, majority shareholder of FinancialForce.com.
In 2005 Jeremy helped establish the European Software Association and spent three years as Chairman, promoting software best practice and cooperation across the business community. He is also co-author of “Beyond Governance: Creating Corporate Value through Performance, Conformance and Responsibility”.
Jeremy has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Thames Polytechnic, London.
Liz Schofield – Vice President, Marketing
Liz Schofield has over 12 years of experience in technology marketing. Before FinancialForce.com, Liz held senior management roles in CODA Group's international marketing function from 2003. Liz was part of the original team that conceived the SaaS accounting concept and gained approval for the application to be built. As Vice President, Marketing, Liz is responsible for the global co-ordination of corporate marketing, product marketing, vertical marketing, and brand management. Her role also includes supporting the global sales teams based in the UK and US. Prior to 2003, Liz held positions with Intergraph Corporation and Aspen Technology, Inc.
Liz has a degree in Modern Languages & Economics from Newcastle Polytechnic, and a Masters degree in International Marketing from Napier University, Edinburgh.
Debbie Ashton – Vice President, Product
Debbie is responsible for product strategy, including design, engineering and support. Prior to FinancialForce.com, she was Product Director of CODA Group from 2006 and before that held senior research & development and product management roles for CODA. From 1995 to 2000, Debbie held positions in client management, consultancy and presales for Science Systems and was part of the team who acquired CODA in the year 2000. Following the acquisition of CODA, Debbie led the team that designed and delivered CODA's award-winning financial applications and was a core member of the team that conceived CODA's SaaS accounting concept.
Debbie began her career in microbiology and has a degree in Applied Biology from Sheffield Hallam University.
Adrian Ivanov – Vice President, Sales
Adrian Ivanov is responsible for all sales efforts at FinancialForce.com. In his role, Adrian leverages both his start-up and Fortune 500 experience across a broad range of application areas including Accounting/Financials, CRM, HR, Supply Chain and Security.
Adrian joined FinancialForce.com as Vice President, Sales, from Vontu, where he was a member of the executive team – reporting to the CEO and responsible for all aspects of Alliances, Channel Sales and Business Development. Previously, Adrian held senior leadership positions in direct sales, channel sales and product management for Oracle, PeopleSoft, Zoho and Montgomery Financial Services.
Adrian received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Finance degree from Santa Clara University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
